Cecilia Milone, born in Buenos Aires, began her creative journey at 16 by taking private scenic art lessons with María Vaner. After finishing high school, she continued with private acting courses.
In 1987, Milone studied Bel Canto vocal technique under Susana Rossi, with whom she continues to train. Her dedication and evident talent earned her the lead role in "Drácula, el musical," written and directed by Pepe Cibrián with musical arrangements by Mahler Angel. Milone contributed to the show's soundtrack and tours. She made her professional debut as Mina Murray in front of 5,500 spectators at Luna Park in Buenos Aires. The musical "Drácula" quickly became a hit.
In 1993, Milone secured her first television role in the prime series "Son de Diez." Later that year, she landed her first TV contract with Channel 9 in the series "Con Pecado Concebidas." She went on to act in various television series, including "Verdad Consecuencia." Thanks to her success, the production company Pol-ka invited her to join the cast of "Gasoleros" as Dr. Isabel Panigassi. This marked the beginning of her rising popularity on television.
Among her theater credits, she appeared in "Boeing Boeing" alongside Rodolfo Ranni, Fabian Gianola, and Ana Acosta, earning a nomination for the "Estrella de Mar" award for her role as Judith. The play enjoyed success at the Neptune Theater in Mar del Plata and Teatro Astral in Buenos Aires. In 1999, Milone wrote and performed a tango show titled "Cecilia Milone, entre tangos y boleros" at La Subasta in Mar del Plata and El Complejo La Plaza in Buenos Aires. Inspired by this production, she released her debut album "Besos Brujos" in 2000, produced by Universal.
Between 2002 and 2004, Milone starred in several leading roles, including "Poné to Francella," which showcased her comedic talents, "El show de las divorciadas," and a reprise of "Drácula, el musical" alongside Juan Rodó.
In 2005, she returned to television with the series "Los secretos de papá" before returning to the stage with Carlos Perciavalle in the Teatro Metropolitan's "Corrientes esquina Glamour," a variety show produced and directed by Gerardo Sofovich.
In 2006, Milone wrote the one-woman show "Recuerdos Surtidos," performing it at Hotel Costa Galana and touring Argentina throughout the year. Gerardo Sofovich invited her again for "Morocha y Pasional," a tango production at Metropolitan 2 featuring an extensive cast of dancers and musicians, produced over six months. The summer of 2008 was busy, with Milone starring in "Mujeres Bonitas," a musical by Bianchedi and Gonzalez Gil, alongside Patricia Palmer, Laura Oliva, Natalia Lobo, and Emme. She also hosted the radio show "Yo soy la morocha" five days a week on Radio Breezes 98.5. Additionally, she directed, wrote, and produced her first musical, "Amores de Tango," a tribute to Mariano Mores, earning another "Estrella de Mar" nomination and an honor from the Deliberative Council of the Party of General Pueyrredon in Mar del Plata.
In 2009, she performed with Jorge Lanata, Jean Francoise Casanova, and Ximena Capristo in "La Rotativa del Maipo," directed by Ricky Pashkus.
Currently, she is working on her next album, "Amores de Tango," the soundtrack from her musical.
