Veteran fight choreographer, stunt coordinator, action designer, and stuntman Geo Corvera discovered his deep passion and natural talent for martial arts at a young age. After relocating from San Miguel, El Salvador, to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area in Virginia with his family, Geo competed extensively, establishing himself as a formidable competitor. He earned top ten rankings in forms, weapons, and sparring divisions from both the North American Sport Karate Association (NASKA) and the National Black Belt League (NBL).
In 2000, Geo moved to Hollywood to pursue a rewarding career in television, film, and streaming media. He built on his martial arts foundation as a Third Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, while also training in Capoeira and gymnastics.
To date, Geo has appeared in over 170 productions, including roles in Marvel and DC Comics projects, as well as numerous popular series and TV shows that have garnered him widespread recognition. His accolades include Screen Actors Guild Awards for outstanding performances in Iron Man (2009) and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2008). He also received nominations from MTV and the Taurus Awards for Best Fight in The Rundown (2004).
Beyond action roles, Geo has showcased his acting skills in productions such as Cobra Kai, The Vigilante, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Hood Rats, Harsh Times (starring Christian Bale), Disney’s Kickin’ It, CBS’s The District, and more. His extensive filmmaking experience and diverse skill set—including car hits, fire burns, high falls, stair falls, wire work, driving, boxing, martial arts, and gymnastics—give him a comprehensive understanding of the filmmaking process. This expertise enhances his work as a stunt choreographer and coordinator, as he now creates, directs, and produces his own projects.
In his free time, Geo can be found training at the gym or teaching others at renowned training centers along both coasts of the United States.
