Biografi
Nigerian American Comfort Fedoke is a versatile choreographer, actor, singer, and Emmy-winning dancer. She gained recognition as a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance Season 4 and was later invited back for multiple seasons as an All-Star, choreographer, and mentor.
On stage, Comfort has performed live with renowned artists including H.E.R., John Legend, Florence and the Machine, Harry Styles, Kanye West, LL Cool J, Chaka Khan, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Wale, Jason Derulo, JLo, Travis Scott, Drake, Gwen Stefani, Lizzo, and Missy Elliott.
Beyond dancing, Comfort has collaborated with legendary Sway Calloway as a commentator and host for Red Bull TV. She continues to host and lend her voice to numerous Red Bull TV and radio events and serves as a judge on the popular Nigerian TV show Maltina Dance All.
In the commercial realm, Comfort has featured prominently in campaigns such as Nike's 30th anniversary Air Max celebration promoting the VaporMax shoe, Michael Jackson’s Pepsi Generation Super Bowl commercial, and global campaigns for Apple.
She has acted and choreographed in various films, TV shows, and stage productions, including Footloose, Step Up 5: All In, The Mindy Project, The Funny Dance Show on E!, Blindspotting, High Strung, That ‘90s Show, The Big Leap, and The Santa Clauses. Currently, she appears on Disney+ as “DrosselMeyer” in the holiday family film Hip Hop Nutcracker.
Comfort now lives in London, where she is completing her role as associate choreographer on the new film Wicked, directed by John Chu, and serves as associate choreographer for London’s top West End production, Cabaret.
It was recently announced that Comfort will join the judging panel for So You Think You Can Dance Season 18, premiering March 4, 2024, on Fox.
