Biografi
Joe recently co-wrote the film adaptation of the off-Broadway play Kid Champion, which gained fame through Christopher Walken in the 1970s.
His past feature work includes the Sundance favorite I Melt With You, featuring a talented cast including Carla Gugino, Thomas Jane, Jeremy Piven, Rob Lowe, and BAFTA nominee Christian McKay. Joe made his Sundance Film Festival debut in 2005 starring in Frank E. Flowers' Swallow, an Official Sundance Selection and multiple award-winning film. Following Swallow's success, Joe was cast in the provocative Snuff Movie directed by cult filmmaker Bernard Rose (Immortal Beloved). He also portrayed Pvt. Billy Babcock in George Romero’s remake of The Crazies, directed by Breck Eisner.
Joe’s film roles span from intense dramas to action, broad comedy, and genre films. He has collaborated with numerous industry veterans, including Academy Award winners Holly Hunter, Gary Sinise, Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell, and Annabella Sciorra; producers such as Francis Ford Coppola, Rob Cohen, Neil Labute; and directors like Frank E. Flowers, Victor Salva, Eric Bross, and Breck Eisner.
On television, Joe recently had a recurring role on NBC’s Chicago PD and appeared in Luc Besson’s Taxi Brooklyn for NBC. He has also secured multi-episode arcs on many of prime-time TV’s top shows, including CSI, CSI: NY, CSI: Miami, Cold Case, Without a Trace, The Whole Truth, Castle, Hawaii Five-0, NCIS, Criminal Minds, and the ABC pilot Edgar Floats. His comedy TV credits include The Next Generation Wayans on BET and Hollywood Heights on Nickelodeon. Joe recently completed filming CSI: Cyber opposite Patricia Arquette.
He currently splits his time living in Los Angeles and New York.
