Emily Noelle Skinner (born November 30, 2002) is an American actress recognized for her work with the Brat network (2018–2020) and her portrayal of Amber on Disney Channel's Andi Mack (2017–2019). She began acting at age six after enrolling in an acting class and later signed with Abrams Artists Agency. Her debut role was in a 2009 episode of NUMB3RS.
In 2010, Skinner starred as a lead in the short film Sodales, directed by Jessica Biel, which was featured in Glamour Magazine's "Reel Moments". She has had guest roles on television series such as Shake It Up, Days of Our Lives, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Austin & Ally, The Mindy Project, Sam & Cat, Criminal Minds, Rizzoli & Isles, among others. In 2015, she appeared in the music video for Avicii's "Broken Arrows". Her first theatrical film was Blood Ransom in 2014.
Skinner's first significant role came as Amber on Disney Channel's Andi Mack, which premiered in 2017. She auditioned for the roles of Andi, Buffy, and Amber and participated in a chemistry read with Peyton Elizabeth Lee and Asher Angel. Beginning in 2018, she worked with the Brat network, playing Diana in Total Eclipse and Chloe in Crown Lake, and appeared on the network's talk show Brat Chat. In November 2018, she and Lilia Buckingham released the single "Denim Jacket," donating part of the proceeds to GLAAD.
In 2019, Skinner starred as Cindy Stallings in the dance film Next Level. She also appeared in the MarVista film Secrets in the Water and the Lifetime television movie Saving My Daughter. Her upcoming projects include roles in The Lies I Tell Myself, Something's More Than One Thing, and #FBF.
