Kyle Clark has been a prominent figure in Hollywood's film and television industry for more than 20 years. As an experienced producer, Kyle is dedicated, collaborative, and resourceful, believing that every project, regardless of size, deserves a top-tier, committed team to achieve outstanding results.
Kyle applies a seasoned business mindset to each project. He is focused on mission and budget, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and expertise throughout production. He delivers creative solutions tailored to the specific requirements and evolving economics of each project. He streamlines complexity and ensures effective communication that surpasses expectations.
Since founding SilverScreen Pictures in 2008, Kyle and the SSP team have produced over 100 movies of the week, television series, and pilots. They have cultivated strong partnerships with studios and networks such as Sony, FX, DirecTV, Entertainment One, A&E, Lifetime, UCP, and Spike TV to deliver premium-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
After earning a degree in Motion Picture Marketing from Columbia College Chicago in 1993, Kyle worked on various independent film projects in the Chicago area before relocating to Los Angeles in 1997. There, he secured an internship with Roger Corman's New Horizon Pictures, progressing from craft services to line producer. He produced numerous films and television series for Corman, including the notable 2002 production "Black Scorpion." That same year, Kyle produced his first independent feature, "Secretary," starring Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Spader. Following this, Larry Levinson hired him to develop a production model for a series of movies of the week for the then-nascent Hallmark Channel. Between 2002 and 2008, Kyle produced a variety of films ranging from action Westerns to mystery dramas and romantic comedies.
With over 20 years of experience, determination, and passion, Kyle remains a proud "Roger Corman graduate," continuing to creatively develop and produce high-quality projects in today’s dynamic industry and economic landscape.
