Biografia
Bob Caso earned his BFA from Florida State University, where he had the opportunity to work with renowned figures like Raul Julia and Joseph Papp. After graduating, Bob relocated to Los Angeles and quickly secured representation, booked a national Pepsi commercial, and obtained his SAG card within a month. That same year, he landed the lead role in his first feature film, HBO's "The Naked Truth." Since then, Bob has appeared in numerous television and film roles, including a recurring part on "90210," as well as roles in "Crusade," "Out of the Wilderness" alongside David Carradine, "Ocean Tribe," "FDR: American Bad Ass," and "Ring The Bell." He has also featured in commercials for major brands such as Pepsi, Verizon, and Toyota. More recently, Bob appeared in Lifetime's "Devious Maids" and the feature film "The Ivy League Farmer." As a voice actor, he has narrated over seventy audiobooks. Beyond acting, Bob is also a writer and producer. He has written six screenplays, two of which have been optioned. One, "Between Waves," a tribute to his hometown in Florida, was set for distribution as of 2019 and stars William Russ ("Boy Meets World"), Amy Jo Johnson ("Felicity"), and Faust Checho ("Dead Draw"). His second screenplay, the multi-award-winning "The Shelter," is in pre-production and will be filmed in Florida and parts of Louisiana. Bob also teaches acting both in Los Angeles and at Florida's premier acting studio, The Actors Group Orlando. His simplified, individualized, and organic approach to acting—rejecting one-size-fits-all methods—has helped launch several of his students' successful careers. He owns and operates CAROLINE STREET PRODUCTIONS, where multiple screenplays are in development. With the award-winning film "Between Waves" distributed and "The Shelter" heading into production, the future of CAROLINE STREET PRODUCTIONS looks promising.
