Biografia
Christina Alexandra Voros is an Emmy-nominated director, producer, and cinematographer. Originally from Boston, Christina has spent the past decade living between Brooklyn, NY, far West Texas, and Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
She started her career in documentary filmmaking and cinematography, joining Yellowstone as a B-camera operator in its inaugural season. She quickly advanced to her current roles as director of photography, director, and executive producer. As a key figure in Taylor Sheridan's creative team and the only female director in the Yellowstone Universe, Voros has dedicated the last seven years to amplifying women's voices both on screen and behind the scenes.
Christina has directed and shot twelve episodes of Yellowstone, four episodes of 1883, and five episodes of Lawmen: Bass Reeves. She leads the latest Taylor Sheridan project, The Madison, starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell. She directed, cinematographed, and executive-produced all six episodes of its first season, which premiered on March 14, 2026. Production on the second season has already concluded.
Beyond her work in the Taylor Sheridan Universe, Christina has directed episodes of David E. Kelley's American crime thriller series Big Sky, Ava DuVernay’s acclaimed Queen Sugar, and Tate Taylor’s Filthy Rich. Since beginning her directing career, she has simultaneously served as director and director of photography on 35 episodes of prestige television. She has also been the cinematographer on feature films for Tate Taylor, Tim Blake Nelson, Theresa Rebeck, and James Franco, including Anesthesia, Ma, Breaking News in Yuba County, Trouble, and Saturday Night.
