Biografia
Cassandra Church was born to Donna and David Church at Homestead Air Force Base, Florida. From a young age, she showed talent in acting and singing, determined not to let her transient lifestyle moving between bases hinder her passion for performing.
At age 5 in Bitburg, Germany, Cassandra began studying dance and martial arts. By 8, after moving to Virginia, she was competing in local talent shows, showcasing her vocal abilities and participating in musical theater. When her family returned to Florida at 11, she enrolled at Orange Grove Middle Magnet School of the Performing Arts, where she honed her skills, secured her first agent, and learned the business side of entertainment. The moves continued; at 13, the family relocated to England, the heart of theater. There, Cassandra studied Shakespeare and dance, attended acting classes at ArtsEd in London, and performed in several Theater Royal productions in Bury St Edmunds. Graduating early from RAF Lakenheath American High School at 17, she was accepted into the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. Despite earning an early scholarship, financial constraints prevented her family from sending her to NYC, so Cassandra moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado. There, she trained as an esthetician while working weekends in Denver as a CJ for ManiaTV! After earning her diploma a year later, she made her final move to Los Angeles, California, to attend Cinema Makeup School.
Six years later, Cassandra remains in Los Angeles, transitioning her makeup artistry into a career as an actress, singer, and model. Represented by Alex Fox at C.E.S.D for five years, she has appeared in numerous commercials, indie horror films, music videos such as My Chemical Romance's "I Don't Love You," and notably played Ginny, the makeup artist, on Beverly Hills: 90210. She is also the lead singer of the band Sing Orpheus, recently signed to Dilettante Recordings, performing nationwide alongside her fiancé, Jeffrey Sebelia, winner of Project Runway Season 3 and bassist for the band.
