Biografia
Sarah was born in Baltimore, MD, to David Seeds, an Electrical Engineer, and Kathryn Seeds, a former art teacher and homemaker. She has a younger brother named Matthew.
From an early age, Sarah performed on stage, radio, and film both locally and nationally. Growing up in Westminster, MD, and later Richmond, VA, she continued her artistic pursuits through dance classes, show choir, community and professional theater, radio commercials, and PSAs/Commercials.
Sarah holds a BA in Theater with a Minor in Dance from George Mason University, where she graduated Cum Laude. She also studied at Stonestreet Studios through NYU in New York City, where she developed a strong affection for the city.
Now a professional actress based in NYC, Sarah has appeared in TV shows, web series, films, Off-Broadway plays, and national voiceover campaigns. Recently, she featured in the sci-fi film 'Heaven is Now' and in 'Don Peyote,' starring Dan Fogler and featuring Anne Hathaway.
