Julio Rojas, screenwriter and creator of CASE 63, is a leading figure in speculative science fiction.
He created the global sensation "Caso 63" (2020), the most streamed audio series worldwide. Translated into English and featuring Julianne Moore and Oscar Isaac, it topped charts in the USA, UK, Australia, India, Brazil, and many other countries.
One of Chile’s most acclaimed screenwriters, Rojas has a distinguished career in film and television. His film credits include "In Bed" (2005), "The Life of Fish" (2010), and "The Memory of Water" (2015), earning prestigious awards such as the Colón de Plata in Huelva, the Espiga de Oro in Valladolid, the Coral in Cuba, and the Goya in Spain.
He has also served as a fiction content director for TV broadcasters and audiovisual production companies.
Rojas created the Mexican sci-fi series "El Refugio" (2022), produced by Fábula for Pantalla-Starz, as well as other science fiction audio series like "Cisne Rojo" (2022) for Amazon Music, and "Borrado" (2021), "Turing" (2022), and "Confluencia" (2021) for Emisor Studios.
In 2018, he debuted as a novelist with "El visitante extranjero," published by Suma de Letras and also released in Spain.
His latest science fiction novel, "El final del metaverso," has just been published by Penguin Random House.
