Biografia
Frédérique was born on June 17, 1995, in Boisbriand, Québec, Canada. At the age of seven, she asked her parents how she could appear on the big screen. After her first audition, she landed a lead role in the children's TV show "Moi/Me Too." Her talent and determination as a young actress opened doors to new opportunities in film, television, and theater.
With notable skill, she also excels in dubbing and voice work for commercials, providing the French voice for Miley Cyrus' "Penny" in Disney's animated movie Bolt, Chloe Grace Moretz in The Equalizer, "Cole" in The Fosters, "Amma" in the historical series Vikings, among others.
In recent years, Frédérique has contributed to several significant TV series, including Les Poupées Russes (Audrey Hunter Galarneau - Supporting Actress), Tactik (Dalie - Lead), and Unité 9 (Léa Petit - Lead).
She has appeared in films such as Carole Laure's acclaimed feature "CQ2" and "A No-Hit No-Run Summer" by renowned Quebec director Francis Leclerc. Her latest film, "Ange Arnaqué," is currently in post-production.
Since January 2009, Frédérique has portrayed "Dalie" in the daily TV show Tactik on Télé-Québec, appearing in over 300 episodes. This role earned her the Prix Gémeaux in 2011 for Best Lead Performance in a Youth-Oriented TV Series and Best Performance in a TV Series at the 33rd Young Artist Awards in Los Angeles in May 2012.
Beginning in September 2012, she appeared as Léa in the TV series Unité 9 on CBC National Television. The depth of this character won her Best Performance in a TV Series at the 34th Young Artist Awards in Los Angeles on May 5, 2013. She continues to work on various TV projects while writing for her favorite audience: teenagers. She published "Fais-le pour toi" (Do It for Yourself) on August 23, 2017, followed by "Fais-le pour toi pendant 365 jours" on August 28, 2018. A new novel, "Miss Parfaite," which will become a series of books, is set for release in January 2019.
Frédérique has demonstrated not only talent but also a strong work ethic, excelling academically while advancing her acting skills. She continues to study languages, diction, dance, and acting. Committed to her community, she volunteers for various causes and embraces her leadership role with her fans seriously.
