Brenda Lorena Garcia is a bilingual American Latina Stuntwoman and Actress; born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She is a multi-talented performer with an extensive body of work across major studio film and television productions. Over the course of more than a decade, she has contributed stunt performance to large-scale franchises, premium television series, and high-profile streaming projects.
Her film credits include Fast X, Avatar: The Way of Water, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Transformers: The Last Knight, The Suicide Squad, Bird Box, and Eternals, among others. She was part of the stunt ensemble nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble for Ant-Man and the Wasp, and was featured as SAG-AFTRA's "Woman Crush Wednesday" during Women's History Month.
On television, Garcia has performed stunts on a wide range of network and premium series, including Yellowstone, Westworld, Lethal Weapon, S.W.A.T., Hawaii Five-0, Perry Mason, 9-1-1, Fear the Walking Dead, and numerous others.
Throughout her career, Garcia has served as a stunt double for principal actors across film and television, including longtime doubling work for Jenna Ortega. Her experience spans franchise action, motion capture, episodic television, national commercials and physically demanding performance work.
In addition to stunt performance, Garcia works as an actress with on-screen roles in film, television, and voice work. She speaks English and Spanish fluently.
Prior to working in film and television, Garcia earned degrees in liberal/theater arts, broadcast journalism and counseling psychology and worked in major Spanish-language news media in Los Angeles. She continues to balance her professional career with community involvement and charitable efforts.
