Biografia
Judith Neumann was born in Odenwald, Germany. She studied at the Bavarian Theater Academy in Munich in 2015 and continued her training at the Susan Batson Studio in New York until 2018. Judith is recognized for her roles in the German TV series "Tatort" (1970), the award-winning series "Babylon Berlin" (2017), "I've Never Been to New York" (2019), and the film "Haut" (2018). Her performance in "Haut" earned her international recognition at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival in France, where the film was nominated for Best Short Film. In 2022, Judith secured the lead role in the German fairy tale feature film "The Sold Princess," and in spring 2023, she will star in the television comedy "Miss Merkel." Early in 2023, she also landed a role in the popular German TV series "Charité" season 4, currently filming in Portugal. Judith has collaborated with notable figures such as Esther Bialas, Nancy Camaldo, Achim von Borries, Philipp Stölzl, Teresa Hoerl, Thomas Roth, Alex Eslam, Michael Krummenacher, Christoph Schnee, and Robert del Maestro. Besides her native German, she speaks English, French, and Portuguese fluently. She is skilled in soprano singing, horseback riding, volleyball, basic piano, ballet, hip hop, samba, jazz, and modern dance. Judith is passionate about both dramatic and comedic roles, with a particular interest in productions from France, the UK, and the US. Although based in Berlin, she frequently works across Europe, including in Paris, London, and Lisbon.
