Biografia
Vega was born on August 14, 1983, in Mexico City, Mexico. She is the daughter of actor Gonzalo Vega and Leonora Sisto, with Spanish ancestry. She has a sister, actress Zuria Vega, a brother named Gonzalo, and a half-sister named Gabriela.
She practiced flamenco dance for twenty years and studied acting at CEFAC, TV Azteca's acting school. She made her theater debut at age 17 alongside her father, Gonzalo Vega, in Don Juan Tenorio, playing the role of Doña Inés. She also performed on stage in Perras. In film, she has appeared in Amor, Dolor y Viceversa and recently starred in Daniel and Ana, which was featured at the Cannes Film Festival, alongside Darío Yazbek and José María Torre.
Her television career began in 2003 with Enamórate, her first TV Azteca telenovela, where she portrayed Fedra, a young, wealthy woman who is obsessive, manipulative, seductive, and selfish, unwilling to give up the love of her life and willing to do almost anything to keep him. In 2007, she played Gina Montero in Mientras haya vida. In 2008, she portrayed Karen in the series Noche eterna.
