Biografia
Mr. Goldfried began as an unpaid intern at Tollin/Robbins Productions in January 2002, during the peak of the company's success. While working as an office Production Assistant, he contributed to the film "Radio" by traveling to South Carolina to shoot behind-the-scenes footage, some of which was included in the DVD special features. After returning to Los Angeles, he filmed and coordinated the documentary "Hardwood Dreams: 10 Years Later." Soon after, he relocated to North Carolina to work on "One Tree Hill" as a set Production Assistant and Locations Assistant, also creating behind-the-scenes videos for MTV and the web to promote the show. He held these roles through the first two seasons. During this period, Executive Producers Joe Davola and Mark Schwahn recognized his talents and invited him back to Los Angeles to manage the show's Ancillary Activities, including Marketing and Promotions, as well as Product Placement and Integrations. Mr. Goldfried eventually advanced to Co-Producer and Director on "One Tree Hill," completing principal photography on his directorial debut, episode 8.16, titled "I Think I'm Gonna Like It Here," in January 2011. He directed, produced, edited, and filmed hundreds of behind-the-scenes videos across various platforms to promote the series and also directed and produced special features for the DVD boxed sets. In February 2012, he was invited to become one of the first producer/directors at Awesomeness TV, where he produced and directed several of the YouTube startup's most popular series, including "Mindless Takeover," "Jacob Latimore Takeover," "Greyson Chance Takeover," and "Janoskians Takeover," accumulating millions of views. Following the success of "Mindless Takeover," which played a key role in launching Awesomeness TV in 2012, Mr. Goldfried was hired to produce and direct his feature film debut, the concert documentary "Mindless Behavior: All Around the World." This film premiered on 125 screens across the United States in March 2013 and is now available on DVD, Blu-Ray, On Demand, iTunes, and other platforms.
