Mark began his journey in the entertainment industry in the mid-1980s with a brief stint in radio in San Diego, California. From there, he spent a decade as a musician, songwriter, and successful independent music producer and publisher (BMI), carving out a creative presence in the industry, including producing The Cry's debut album "Beautiful Reasons". After a rewarding career in the corporate world, Mark reignited his artistic passion in 2014, returning to his roots as an actor and voice artist.
Since then, he has brought his talent to the screen in a variety of feature films, including Daydream Hotel, The Potential for Beauty, and the acclaimed docudrama The Remarkable Life of John Weld. His television credits feature appearances on The Ranch, Unusual Suspects, I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, and a series-regular role on Showtime's Roadies. A true chameleon, Mark showcases his versatility across film, television, and voiceover work - from national commercials and digital media to narration. He continues to refine his craft through ongoing study with Carey Scott's Rehearsal Room in San Diego.
Mark's talent has been recognized with several honors, including San Diego Film Week's "A-List Actor" Award and Best Actor Awards from the Oniros Film Awards and the Prison City Film Festival (2018) for his acclaimed performances in the short films Disconnect and Victims He also shared his insights and humor as co-host of the podcast A Couple of Regular Guys.
Residing in his hometown of Encinitas, California, with his wife and their cat, Thomas, Mark continues to bring passion, authenticity, and dedication to every performance he delivers.
