Syd is a versatile talent, excelling as an actress, comedienne, writer, and producer. Since founding Beyond My Wildest Dreams Productions, LLC in 2014, she has written and produced over 40 sketch comedies for her YouTube channel, showcasing her unique writing and acting style. Her sketches have been featured on platforms such as Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, College Humor, and Sports Illustrated, among others. Combining her original work and collaborations with fellow artists, Syd has accumulated over 60 million views online. She earned the HollyShorts Best Vape Comedy award for her web series Fab Life Teresa XO. Syd has appeared in network episodic TV shows, numerous SYFY Network films, and several independent feature films. Additionally, she has performed stand-up comedy at venues including The Comedy Store, The Improv, and Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank. Syd has trained with renowned acting coaches and has received instruction in voice, dialect, and voice-over techniques. Her interests extend to various dance styles, including salsa, tango, and belly dancing. Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Syd has been based in Los Angeles since 2007, when she began attending the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She also completed the prestigious Second City Writing Program and has experience with The Groundlings and UCB.
