Biografia
Dhigha Sekaran is an Indian-American filmmaker and producer. He is a founding member of Indus Creations, a Seattle-based non-profit media collective known for producing award-winning films and theatrical productions. A technology executive by profession, Dhigha brings the same vision, rigor, and creativity that define his career in tech to his storytelling and production work - and vice versa.
As a producer, actor, and creative leader, Dhigha has been instrumental in shaping Indus Creations' diverse body of work across stage and screen. He served as the primary producer of the critically acclaimed Tamil feature Vellai Pookal (2019). Under his creative direction, Indus Creations has produced numerous short films showcased at international film festivals, as well as large-scale theatre productions that have captivated audiences across North America. Indus Creations through it's various fund raiser efforts has raised more than million dollars for various charity organizations around the world.
His short films Navam and Odam have earned multiple honors - Navam winning Best Film at the Bay Area Film Association Short Film Competition and Odam receiving several international film festival awards.
