Seamus McNally is a New York/Berlin/NRW based filmmaker. He also coaches actors privately, and consults directors internationally for film and television: Recent projects include: Black Mirror, Roots, Vinyl, Orange is the New Black, The Night Of, Too Old To Die Young, The Widow, Clarice, American Rust, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, Book of Clarence, Viva La Madness, Go Ahead Brother, Zwierzak. As a filmmaker, Seamus co-directed the feature film: Intet (Nothing), Nominated by Danish Film Academy for best youth film and best adapted screenplay. Some of his short films include: To Paint the Portrait of a Bird, The Hypnotist, Sketches of Honey, Good Old Days, Exchange Place, and an excerpt from Mike Leigh's Ecstasy. His films have premiered at Cannes, Montreal, Woodstock, Mill Valley, Seminci/ Valladolid, Fantastic Fest/Austin and won Best Short Film at the final NY/Avignon Film Festival. He is in production with a feature film, a psychological thriller, set in Berlin and Bulgaria.
