VING Vision is Flo Vinger's new original media company that operates both independently and alongside her vodka brand, VING Vodka. She has already launched commercials and will soon release a range of original content.
Flo Vinger is an award-winning writer, director, editor, and actor, with several of her songs featured in popular TV shows. You might recognize her from the American Express commercial, Michael Jackson's "Behind The Mask," Radiohead's "Street Spirit" music video, or as co-host of G4's "Arena." She also served as lead editor for Joan Rivers' "Joan Knows Best" and contributed to well-known shows like "Drew Carey's Improv-a-ganza," "Fear Factor," "Big Brother," "Battle for Ozzfest" (Ozzy Osbourne), and "The World’s Fair" (featuring President Obama and Hillary Clinton).
Flo began her entertainment career in New York City as a professional dancer and choreographer, training at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Martha Graham School, Broadway Dance Center, and with legend Chris Chadman (protégé of Bob Fosse and choreographer for Guys & Dolls). Her dance career took her to the stage of Lincoln Center, various music videos, and films such as "A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas." She also choreographed for Quincy Jones's "Vibe" TV show.
Comedy has always been a significant part of Flo’s life. She studied with Groundlings instructors like Michael McDonald (Mad TV) and Mindy Sterling (Frau Farbissina from Austin Powers) and performed improv at LA’s Improv Olympics, The Comedy Store, and UCB.
As a musician, Flo has produced and performed five albums, with her work featured on shows including E!’s "Men of the Strip," MTV’s "Pimp My Ride," ABC’s "The Evidence," E!’s "House of Carters," and "Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency." Billboard Magazine honored her with two Honorable Mention Awards for "the highest quality songs that demonstrate the talent and dedication it takes to write a hit song."
In 1998, Flo founded her first production company, Stretch Productions. Through Stretch, she created and executive produced "Sexuality the Documentary," an official selection at the Forward Motion Film Festival; "Charlie’s Bitch Ass Hos," which won "Best Comedy Short" at the NYII Film Festival; and numerous viral sketch comedy bits and web series like "LIPS.
