Thomasina Perkins is a Washington, DC based publicist, locations manager, and producer whose career spans film, television, live stage productions, and cultural storytelling. She is a Tuck School of Business, MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), and the founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of Capitol Public Relations (CPR), where she leads strategic publicity, production support, and location services across entertainment, sports, and media.
Perkins entered the film and television space through early contributions to local television and radio news segments, and on-camera appearances tied to client work, including features on WE tv’s reality series Braxton Family Values and scripted series HUSH (2 seasons) on the ALLBLK streamer. She later expanded behind the scenes, blending publicity expertise with production roles across scripted and unscripted projects.
Her film credits include work on multiple feature films distributed as BET Original Films, including Angrily Ever After, The Christmas Lottery, Big Fifty: The Delrhonda Hood Story, and ’Twas the Chaos Before Christmas (2019), the latter earning a 2020 NAACP Image Award nomination. She also made contributing efforts during the awards campaign for the Oscar-nominated, award-winning documentary In the Life of Music.
Listed on IMDb, Perkins has served as a Unit Publicist, Production Consultant, and Locations Manager, collaborating with major networks and platforms including BET, Lifetime, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Tubi, Warner Bros.
