Hailing from the scenic province of Saskatchewan, Canada, Duff is an actor, singer, creator, writer, and producer who has made a significant impact across multiple entertainment platforms. Raised in a large Scottish family of seven, he initially pursued music, receiving a full scholarship to Dickinson State College in North Dakota to study opera. After discovering that opera was not his true passion, he courageously moved to Vancouver. Over a remarkable 30+ year career, Duff has demonstrated his talents on stages and screens throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally. His film and television career took off in Vancouver after spending two pivotal years with the Original Canadian Company of *Les Misérables* (1989) in Toronto. Enhancing his craft, he studied acting independently with esteemed mentors from the Gastown Actor's Studio, including June Whittaker and Linda Darlow. Duff is familiar to many from commercials such as Boston Pizza (where he played the Professional Sports Trophy Model), Nutrfol (U.S. National), Molson's, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and McDonald's. He also held a three-year role as "Ronny," the TV and radio spokesperson for Ultramar Gasoline. His extensive experience spans animation, radio, ADR, and voice-over work, highlighting his versatile skills. Presently, he has a recurring role as Mr. Barnaby on the critically acclaimed PBS Kids animated series *Carl the Collector*. As a talented singer-songwriter, Duff released his debut solo album, *Roots*, in February 2011, followed by *Naked* in 2017. Both albums are available on major platforms like iTunes and Spotify, showcasing his ongoing artistic growth.
