Beth is one of the original reality TV stars who has extended her 15 minutes of fame into nearly two decades. She has appeared in several MTV challenge series, including The Gauntlet 3 and The Duel, maintaining her status as a familiar name among reality show enthusiasts. Beth first rose to fame in 1993 on MTV's The Real World: Los Angeles, the show's second season and the longest-running reality series on television. Throughout her career, she has participated in over 30 shows, specials, hosting gigs, reunions, and aftershows on MTV. She is widely recognized as the original drama queen of reality TV.
In 2004, Beth launched her production company, Planet Beth LLC, which began producing calendars featuring the Sexiest Men and Women of Reality TV for one of the country's largest calendar companies. By 2005, she expanded her creative work to producing shows for Pay Per View, INDemand, and DirecTV, inspired by her calendar concept.
In 2000, Beth teamed up with Danny Duchovny to start a company managing other reality stars. She secured a deal with Playboy for one of the earliest celebrity spreads featuring reality stars, appearing alongside three others in May 2002. This venture led her to produce a popular live burlesque dance show in Las Vegas showcasing reality TV stars.
Beth also wrote a treatment for a reality spoof horror film titled Real Movie, which was optioned by Interlight Films for six figures in September 2000.
For the past four years, she has continued producing calendars and TV shows. She recently completed a book and video titled "How To Get Cast As A Reality Star." In 2011, Beth added inventor to her résumé by creating Squeezie Cakes, a unique cupcake dispenser licensed to a major infomercial company.
Currently, her projects in development focus on her new passion, motherhood. Beth is the proud mother of Julia (3) and Nicholas (1).
She holds a BFA in Acting and TV, Film, and Radio Production from Ohio University.
