Kent Smith (nato Frank Kent Smith) è stato un attore teatrale, cinematografico e televisivo americano.
Le prime esperienze di recitazione di Smith iniziarono nel 1925, quando fu uno dei fondatori dei famosi "University Players" di Harvard, che in seguito includevano Henry Fonda, James Stewart, Joshua Logan e Margaret Sullavan a Falmouth, Massachusetts.
