By 1991, he had produced several made-for-television movies, including "La Decima Victima," "La Liberacion," and "Corina."

In 2001, he moved to the United States to advance his career, writing and directing three short films: "Have You Ever Thought About It," "Beyond The Line," and "The Crazyness." These films were official selections at numerous U.S. film festivals, including the Los Angeles Short Film Festival and the Miami International Short Film Festival.
In 2009, he created his most notable work, the feature film "Son de la Calle." Since then, Julio has directed and edited various music videos, television series, and movies, including his father's film "Muerte en Alto Contraste," for which he won the Best Editing award at the Merida, Venezuela Film Festival. Currently based in Los Angeles, he is in pre-production for his films "L.A.X." and "La Belle Rose." Julio Cesar is an artist and visionary dedicated to pursuing his goals by any means necessary.
