Raised on a steady diet of Marvel Comics, science fiction, musical theater, and action films from the 1980s and 1990s, Andrew Bowen is a versatile actor, writer, director, and producer with over thirty years of experience in the entertainment industry. Renowned for his sharp comedic talent and skill in crafting engaging, audience-friendly stories, Bowen has earned a reputation for delivering memorable performances and producing commercially successful content both on-screen and behind the scenes.
His acting career gained momentum with a notable role on FOX's Mad TV, where his impeccable comedic timing quickly distinguished him. Since then, he has collaborated with industry legends such as Uma Thurman, Gale Anne Hurd (Aliens, The Walking Dead), and James Mangold (Logan, Ford v Ferrari). His television credits include popular series like Matlock, Shameless, NCIS, Magic City, and Leverage, alongside feature films such as Blumhouse's Holidays and All for Nikki.

Additionally, Bowen acted as art director and production designer, crafting props, sets, and storyboarding the entire project. Produced on a $10,000 budget, the film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, captivating audiences with its charming characters, rich storytelling, and impressive visual effects led by VFX supervisor and producing partner Jon Alvord. It earned critical acclaim and won Best Sci-Fi Short Film at the Slozy Awards, achieving unprecedented success on Amazon Prime with record audience engagement.
