Kristo (Hristo Balabanov) is a rapper, actor, director, and producer. He has achieved numerous #1 singles as a rapper in the EU and has appeared in several US feature films, including The Rage of the Yeti, Company of Heroes, and Jarhead 3 - The Siege. Kristo earned a BA in Theater, Dance, and Film from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, where he studied acting, directing, film, business administration, studio arts, and dance. He began playing piano and practicing martial arts at the age of five. Upon graduating from high school, he was accepted into Franklin & Marshall College, one of the top 30 colleges in the United States. While there, he honed his breakdancing skills and founded his own BBOY crew, Phloor Ethiks. Kristo participated in over thirty theater and dance productions during his time at F&M. Since 2004, he has been a prominent hip hop artist in the EU and the Balkans, releasing more than 19 #1 singles, gaining significant radio and TV exposure, accumulating over 100 million views on YouTube, and amassing hundreds of thousands of followers on social media. Additionally, he has acted in numerous US films.
