Lacey Sculls, also known by her maiden name Lacey Conner, is the founder and CEO of Storm TV, a streaming service and app dedicated to reality TV fans. In October 2023, Lacey obtained the license for the first seasons of Rock of Love and Flavor of Love, making both shows available to Storm TV subscribers. This achievement marks her as the first reality TV star to secure the license for a show—Rock of Love—that she originally appeared on as a cast member.
Lacey gained recognition for her fiery personality on VH1’s popular series Rock of Love with Bret Michaels and Charm School with Sharon Osbourne. Both shows enjoyed massive ratings and were broadcast internationally. At the time, Rock of Love was VH1’s highest-rated show, with Lacey being one of the most talked-about participants.
Acknowledging the enduring popularity of Rock of Love, Lacey launched her podcast Talk of Love with Lacey Sculls in February 2020. The podcast has amassed over 250,000 downloads across Spotify and Apple Podcasts. On the show, Lacey hosts former cast members and fan-favorites from various reality TV series such as Rock of Love, Flavor of Love, I Love New York, Daisy of Love, Charm School, and I Love Money—collectively known as the "Of Love" shows. Together, they share their experiences and reveal behind-the-scenes stories from filming.
Though successful in television, Lacey’s true passion lies in music. Raised in Dallas, Texas, in a family of musicians, she began singing, writing, and learning multiple instruments at a young age. While in college, she formed the industrial rock band Nocturne and toured nationwide for a decade.
At age 28, Lacey relocated to Los Angeles, continuing to tour with Nocturne. In 2010, she joined Lords of Acid, a renowned Belgian electronic industrial-dance band with over two million album sales, as their live lead singer, performing to largely sold-out U.S. audiences.
In 2012, Lacey launched her own music project, HALO, an alternative rock band. That year she released the music video for "The Stranger" and a full-length studio album, performing live on Los Angeles’ iconic Sunset Strip.
Beyond music and television, Lacey is a dedicated activist. She has championed animal rights for over 20 years, advocates for human rights, supports LGBTQ+ equality, backs the Black Lives Matter movement, and promotes environmental protection.
In 2007, Lacey founded Heroes K9 Rescue, a dog rescue organization. Over more than a decade, she rescued, fostered, and rehomed over 100 shelter dogs facing euthanasia. In 2009, she spoke at the California State Capitol alongside Senator Dean Florez to advocate for animal-friendly legislation.
Lacey met her husband, Jonny Sculls, in Los Angeles in 2012, and they married in 2013. The couple moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2019, where they currently reside. For 2023 and 2024, Lacey is focused entirely on expanding her streaming platform, Storm TV.
