Originally from Toronto, Canada, Sean T. Krishnan discovered his passion for performing in high school when he starred as "Sky Masterson" in the classic musical Guys & Dolls. This enthusiasm led him to New York at 19 to study at the renowned American Musical and Dramatic Academy. After graduating, Sean secured consistent work in New York theater, originating roles in productions such as Tom Stoppard's Indian Ink, Tony Kushner's Homebody/Kabul, and Rice Boy at Yale Repertory.
Following his stage success, Sean transitioned to television, landing lead roles in series including JAG, Law & Order, Law & Order: SVU, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, The Blacklist, Rizzoli & Isles, Madam Secretary, Criminal Minds, and Shameless.
With a strong knack for comedy and animation, Sean guest-starred on Mom, Modern Family, and How To Make It In America. For the past four years, he has voiced the series regular character "Guy Diamond" in DreamWorks' animated TV shows Trolls: The Beat Goes On! and TrollsTopia, both spin-offs of the popular film.
Sean has also appeared on the big screen in films like DreamWorks' Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, The Lazarus Effect, New York, I Love You directed by Scarlett Johansson, Paramount's Changing Lanes alongside Samuel L. Jackson, and delivered a comedic performance in Sacha Baron Cohen's The Dictator.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and exploring technology. A devoted family man, he lives in Los Angeles with his wife Savita, their son Aidan, and their golden retriever Cosmo.
