Pamela Erin Ricardo is a skilled theater, film, and television actress rapidly making a name for herself wherever she goes. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Atlanta, this Afro-Latina shines with a multifaceted brilliance like a diamond. During her late teens and early twenties, she juggled multiple jobs to support herself until 2007, when she was first encouraged to pursue acting. With no prior experience, she took on her first stage play and has been dedicated ever since. Her recent work includes recurring roles on two seasons of BET's "The Quad" starring Anika Noni Rose, CMT's "Still The King" featuring Billy Ray Cyrus, and The CW's popular series "The Vampire Diaries." Pamela has also appeared on Playstation TV's "Powers" and in 2017 guest-starred on "Manifesto," a Discovery Channel series. Known as "Pamela The Beauty," a nickname earned after winning the 2009 Miss Black Manhattan USA Pageant in New York City, she continues to champion her platform, "Chase Your Dreams." Pamela began her formal acting training at The Stella Adler Conservatory in New York and currently studies at The Company Acting Studio in Georgia, working with renowned coaches like Rob Mello, Dwayne Boyd, and Los Angeles-based Crystal Carson. Beyond acting, Pamela pursues interests in personal training, bodybuilding, motivational speaking, writing, and youth mentorship. She envisions a thriving future as an actress, fitness model, philanthropist, and author. Inspired by icons such as Lauren Bacall, Cicely Tyson, Oprah Winfrey, and Angela Bassett, Pamela lives by the motto: "Keep your eyes on your own paper. Don’t worry about what others are doing.
