Brady Smith, originally from Texas, relocated to Los Angeles without knowing anyone. He eventually secured a series regular role in the pilot According to Bex (2005), also known as "Everything I Know About Men," directed by James Burrows. His television appearances include White Collar (2009), Castle (2009), It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2005), The Bridge (2013), CSI: Miami (2002), CSI: Cyber (2015), Harry's Law (2011), Bones (2005), ER (1994), Criminal Minds (2005), with recurring roles on Happyland (2014), Hostages (2013), and Parks and Recreation (2009). His film credits feature Young Adult (2011) directed by Jason Reitman, Two Days in New York (2012) alongside Julie Delpy and Chris Rock, and Meet My Valentine (2015), for which he has a "story by" credit and stars with Scott Wolf. Brady studied at Playhouse West, the esteemed acting studio founded by Robert Carnegie and Jeff Goldblum, based on Sanford Meisner's teachings. Beyond acting, he enjoys surfing, painting, raising chickens, and is an enthusiastic shark diver. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Tiffani Thiessen, and their two children.
