Tom Mannion è un attore scozzese. I suoi crediti televisivi includono Brookside, Only Fools and Horses, Up the Garden Path, The Bill, Boon, Cadfael, Doctor Finlay, Doctors, Eleventh Hour, Holby City, Hustle, Life on Mars, Midsomer Murders, New Tricks, Red Cap, Secret Diario di una squillo, Spatz, Taggart, Agatha Christie Hour, The Chief, The Royal e Wycliffe. Recentemente è apparso nelle serie televisive della BBC Lip Service, Moving On e Inside Men. I suoi crediti cinematografici includono Brothers, Beyond the Sea, Iris, Beautiful Creatures e Croupier nel ruolo dell'ispettore Ross.
