Don Genovese is an attorney, entrepreneur, AI governance and privacy consultant, and novelist whose career has spanned law, technology, and storytelling. A French attorney since 1990, he has advised international organizations on complex legal, privacy, and emerging technology matters before turning his attention to fiction that explores the intersection of power, technology, and the human condition.
His screenwriting work includes Incybers (2009), reflecting his longstanding interest in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and the digital transformation of society.
As a novelist, Don is the author of Ethergames (2022), a science fiction novel exploring consciousness, reincarnation, love, and humanity’s place in the universe. He followed with Gridstate (2026), techno-thriller that combines artificial intelligence, cyber warfare, geopolitics, and the fight to preserve individual freedom in an increasingly algorithmic world.
He is currently completing The Mogul, a character-driven novel set in 1980s Hollywood that examines ambition, power, legacy, and the myths people create to justify success. He is also developing The Eagle Conspiracy, an international political thriller.
