Miranda May, originally from Ohio, began her acting career at age 8. After relocating to Los Angeles at 10, she landed a role in "The Heartbreak Kid" alongside Ben Stiller. She followed this notable debut with a part in "Lower Learning," featuring Eva Longoria and Jason Biggs. Her television debut included a guest role on the acclaimed series "E.R.," followed by playing a young Melissa McCarthy on "Samantha Who?".
From an early age, Miranda has demonstrated a strong passion and talent for stand-up comedy, performing at respected venues like the Hollywood Improv, Brea Improv, and Harrah's Hotel in Las Vegas. With over eight years of experience, she has developed a variety of characters and honed her natural ability to connect authentically with audiences. Her sharp comedic timing, vibrant personality, and energetic stage presence have earned her recognition as a compelling comedian and charming entertainer.
In 2015, Miranda appeared as a recurring character on Disney Channel’s second season of "Liv and Maddie," playing the quirky and lovable Spacey Lacey. She was introduced in the well-loved episode "Rate-A-Rooney," which promotes positive self-image for young girls worldwide. Most recently, she was cast as a series regular in the upcoming Disney Channel original series "BUNK'D," set to premiere in summer 2015.
Beyond acting, Miranda enjoys scriptwriting, singing, reading, and shopping with friends. A fashion enthusiast, she aspires to launch her own clothing line someday. As the youngest of four siblings, she values family time and cherishes her Morkie dog, Bentley.
