Jasmine Star Dustin was born on New Year's Day, 1983, in the small rural town of Auburn, New Hampshire. Her middle name seemed to foreshadow her future success.
With striking green eyes, Jasmine's exotic appearance reflects her French, Native American, and Scottish heritage. She began walking the runway at age five, participating in modeling pageants. Her commitment earned her titles such as Miss Congeniality, Miss Best Photographed, Miss Best Smile, as well as Miss Top Model and Junior Miss. By her teenage years, Jasmine was certain that modeling and acting would be her lifelong career. Shortly after graduating from high school, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams. Soon, she appeared in magazines like GQ, Esquire, Cosmopolitan, Maxim, and FHM.
Jasmine has traveled to London, New York, and Paris for modeling assignments and secured campaigns for brands including Fredericks of Hollywood, Johnny Walker, William Rast, Duwop Cosmetics, UGG, Samsung, and more. Her television debut was as the model holding briefcase #5 on the popular show Deal or No Deal (2005). After one season, she shifted her focus to acting, training under Larry Moss at Larry Moss Studios in L.A., who has coached stars like Hilary Swank and Helen Hunt. Jasmine’s film credits include Rush Hour 3 (2007), City Of Jerks (2012), and Let the Game Begin (2010) alongside Michael Madsen, as well as numerous independent films featured at film festivals. She has appeared on major TV shows such as CSI: Miami (2002), Eleventh Hour (2008), Knight Rider (2008), and FX's The League. Jasmine was a series regular for two seasons on Doheny Models (2010) and Get Out (2003), where she traveled the globe engaging in extreme sports. She is currently filming the second season of BET's hit show Being Mary Jane, starring opposite Gabrielle Union.
When not working, Jasmine dedicates her time to helping the homeless and their pets. In 2012, she founded Cause4Paws, an animal charity supporting shelter animals and homeless individuals with pets. Every week, she distributes tents and food throughout Los Angeles and Van Nuys.
