Clifford L. Johnson is an Atlanta-based Director of Photography, producer, and actor whose work spans studio features, scripted TV, live events, and editorial. He's partnered with Netflix, Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures Television, AMC/ALLBLK, IFC, OWN, TV One, Investigation Discovery, and Rolling Stone. As a DP, recent highlights include Turf (ALLBLK), editorial/brand work like Rolling Stone's Faye Webster feature and grand segments on AEW: Dynamite (TBS).
Johnson leads Stay REDD Productions and has held production roles (coordinator/supervisor/line producer) on over 200+ episodes of television and multiple features with credits on Possum Trot (Angel Studios), Blockers (Universal), A Friend of the Familu (Peacock), Brockmire (IFC), Powers (Sony), Halt and Catch Fire (AMC), and Netflix's upcoming Free Bert.
As an actor, he's appeared in Tyler Perry's The Haves and the Have Nots (OWN), Love Under New Management: The Miki Howard Story (TV One), Homicide Hunter (ID), and Tyson's Run (dir. Kim Bass) as well as upcoming releases: God With Us, The Heathen and Regarding Shiloh.
