Micky Jukovic was born on September 20, 1978, in Novi Pazar, Serbia, former Yugoslavia, as the eldest of three brothers. He spent his childhood there until the 1990s, and during the war in 1994, his entire family relocated to Frankfurt, Germany.
He first encountered acting at 17 when he was cast as a drug dealer in an anti-drug film shot at his school. However, it took many years after graduating from college and studying business before he focused on an acting career. At 24, he was too old for public acting schools and couldn't afford private ones, so he continued working at a bank while performing in theater and opera on weekends. As his engagements increased and his passion for the art grew, he often took time off work for rehearsals or claimed to be ill. Eventually, Micky decided to follow his heart, participating without commitment in various theater and opera productions, sometimes performing three shows a day during the Christmas season.
Meanwhile, he became a regular in films, increasingly focusing on his career as a film actor. For several years, he has also been painting and preparing for his own art exhibition.
Micky continues to appear in numerous award-winning international films, often playing masculine roles. He frequently performs on stage in operas such as Don Carlos, Don Giovanni, Vanessa, Giulio Cesare in Egitto, Martha, Otello, and Der Fliegende Holländer, as well as theater productions like Mother Fucker with a Hat, Krabat, Schuld und Sühne, among others. Additionally, he works in motion capture for video games, including titles like Crysis and Sniper.
He is fluent in several languages—English, German, Serbo-Croatian—and has conversational skills in Spanish and Russian, with a talent for various accents. He enjoys taking on extreme character roles.
A versatile individual, in 2013 he co-published a book titled "Sex, My Biggest Enemy." He regularly takes singing and dancing lessons and maintains an athletic lifestyle, engaging in football, parachuting, motorcycling, and skiing. When seeking peace and quiet, he often goes fishing by the water.
