Sam is a trailblazing figure in the world of skateboarding and stunt acting, renowned for her pioneering spirit and commitment to the arts. Emerging as one of the first sponsored female skateboarders in the UK during the early 2000s, Sam quickly made a name for herself with endorsements from iconic brands such as Vans and Animal. Her passion for skateboarding transcended the sport, leading her to the small screen at just 15 years old.
Sam's on-screen debut came when she was invited by her Vans Team Manager, Christian Stevenson (known as DJ BBQ), to star in the kids' show "Rad The Groms Tour America" for Channel 5's Milkshake, a project that ultimately won a BAFTA for Best Children's Entertainment. This experience ignited her interest in performance, setting the stage for her next venture.
Fate brought her together with fellow actor Sia Alipour on a commercial shoot, where his accomplishments inspired Sam to explore the world of stunt acting. She was invited to an open class at his father's Dojang in West London, where she discovered her passion for martial arts. Since then, she has been competing professionally, showcasing her skills and determination.
Sam's upbringing was shaped by a rich tapestry of history and culture. Growing up in a household influenced by her father's experiences as a soldier in the Korean and Rhodesian Wars, and her mother's journey from war-torn Vietnam to the UK, Sam embodies resilience and strength.
