Actor, director, journalist, and writer, he began his career in amateur theater in 1980, acting, writing ("The Raven," adapted from Edgar Allan Poe's poem), and directing. He spent 16 years as editor-in-chief of Quatro Rodas and Terra magazines at Editora Abril. In 1995, he became a professional actor, starring in numerous plays including "All That Jazz," "Bye, Bye, Birdie," and "O Clube." In 2003, he appeared in the film "Snakeman," alongside Stephen Baldwin and directed by Allan Goldstein. In 2010, he participated in the short film "O Condominio," directed by Jean Paulo Lasmar. The movie, adapted from the book "O Doce Veneno do Escorpiao" (The Scorpion's Sweet Venom), was co-written by him and Raquel Pacheco, detailing her experiences as a call girl.
