TIFFANY ALZATTI is a cathartic Latinx storyteller who anchors herself in an authenticity that is composed of her ancestral Mexican heritage and her west coast American upbringing. She grew up all over the Coachella valley in California, shielding herself from the sun. Inside, she inhaled the nurturing, honest words of Judy Blume and became addicted to the discomforting, quick-witted words of Chuck Palaniuk.
Then, in her mother's words, "took a 6 year 'college vacation'" in Santa Barbara where she honed her screenwriting craft of creating diverse, original, offbeat characters - and dropping them into specific worlds that they can explore unapologetically.
Her gritty character-driven one-hour drama pilot, Tumbleweeds has ranked highly in competitions such as: The PAGE International Screenwriting Competition, WeScreenplay Diversity, and Final Draft's Big Break Top 10. Tumbleweeds is also on Coverfly's RED LIST and in the TOP 2% of Discoverable Projects!
Now in LA, Tiff's brain is occupied with writing many genres such as: dysfunctional family drama, fantasy dramedy, children's and adult animation (with another Latinx female writer) and thriller/horror (with a writer repped by the Bohemia Group). She is instinctually intuitive, anchored in authenticity and believes she is a feeble echo of other underrepresented voices.
