Paul Nipkow was born on 22 August 1860 in Lauenburg, Pomerania, Germany [now Lebork, Pomorskie, Poland]. He was a producer, known for Bunte Fernseh-Fibel (1939) and Secret History (1991). He was married to Sophie Colonius. He died on 24 August 1940 in Berlin, Germany.
