Michelle Rabin is a Toronto based Culinary Producer, Food Stylist and Recipe Developer. From a young age, Michelle's dream was to be an actor, however, she realized the unlikelihood of this and instead studied political science with the intent to become a lawyer. She hated studying and after university realized her calling was food and cooking.
Michelle looked for work outside of the traditional restaurant jobs and began working in food television in 2014 when 'MasterChef' came to Canada. In 2017 she began working with Matty Matheson on his first cooking show called 'It’s Suppertime.' From there Michelle made the transition from off camera producer to on camera personality. They have gone on to make two more seasons where Michelle has become a co-star. Being alongside Matty, her popularity over social media channels grew and Michelle accidentally became an Influencer. Reaping the benefits of Instagram followers, Michelle spends a lot of her time making short cooking videos online. She also is a recipe developer and food stylist.
When Michelle is not cooking, she is at the gym - Michelle has become a hardcore boxer, swimmer, runner, yogi... but not all at once, she loves quitting. Michelle is an avid traveler, on her own journey to make a documentary style show about Jewish food (around the world) and why it’s often gross. Her favorite movie genre is psychological thriller.
