Natia Montgomery is a documentary film director, producer, and program host whose work explores food as a carrier of culture, memory, and identity. She holds a master’s degree in Film and Television Directing from the Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University and studied television producing at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. Her professional training includes work at Burbank Studios and filming experience on the Universal Studios backlots.
In 2014, she co-founded Food TV Geo, a television channel dedicated to food, culture, and tradition, where she produced and hosted programs such as The Strong Village, A Master, Culinary Diplomacy, From Farm to Table, Good Food, and the short-format series My Kitchen.
After returning to the United States in 2021, Natia co-founded Two Sisters Films with her sister, continuing the creative vision of Food TV Geo through documentary storytelling. Trained in culinary arts at the French Culinary Institute in New York City and the author of two cookbooks.
