Nguyen has won multiple awards for broadcast news storytelling including an Emmy nomination.
Nguyen's fictional film work has yielded wins in film festivals including winning Best Film at the SATO48 Film Festival in 2021.
He also has a YouTube channel where he writes and stars in comedy sketches.
Nguyen is the singer, bassist, and songwriter for the band TcT.
