Damarea Liao, Princess Royal of Benin is a Japanese-Nigerian Model and actress, and a member of the Nigerian Benin royal family. She starred in the 2024 reality television series 'Beyond the Crown'. She became the first African to advance to compete in Miss China after leaving the Miss South Carolina competition in 2023.
Liao was revealed to speak five languages: Swahili, Igbo, Spanish, French, and English. With this knowledge, Liao became known as a 'youth delegate' to the country of Ghana after announcing her entrance into the Miss Africa Pageant.
