Television writer and director with a Master of Arts in Television Drama from the University of London, recipient of the British Council's Simon Bolivar Fellowship. He has written and directed approximately one thousand hours of dramatic television, including titles such as Azúcar, La Alternativa del Escorpión, La Otra Mitad del Sol, La Mujer del Presidente, La Lectora, Pura Sangre, and Alias el Mexicano. He has received multiple awards, including the India Catalina and Simon Bolivar Awards, for his work as a director and writer.
From 2013 to 2016, he served as Vice President of Content at Fox Telecolombia.
He is the director of his own content company, All Media Atelier, as well as the Mauricio Navas Talero Writer's School. Additionally, he works as a literary consultant at Valencia Producciones FX and serves as the academic head of SmartFilms.
