Missy Tan is a Louisville, Kentucky-based creative director, entrepreneur, and on-camera personality best known for her appearance in the HBO documentary series Murder in Glitterball City.
She appears alongside her husband, John J. Tan - known locally as "Little John" - a Louisville jeweler recognized for his memorable and humorous television commercials. Together, they own and operate Little John’s Derby Jewelry in Louisville, Kentucky.
Missy serves as the creative force behind the store’s advertising campaigns. She writes, produces, directs, choreographs, and edits the company’s commercials, which are known in the Louisville market for their playful, colorful, and comedic style. The commercials have become a recognizable part of the brand’s identity.
