Rhys Walby is a voice actor, director, writer, producer, and editor. He started his career as a voice actor, working on amateur YouTube animations created by his friends. He has since voice acted for a variety of web series and indie games. Walby has also delved into directing, starting with his student short film "Jack Orston's Wagon Ride" made without the help of a traditional film crew with Walby acting as writer, producer, director of photography & lighting, editor and sound designer. The film premiered at The Adfywiad Revival Festival on March 20th, 2026 and was met with overwhelmingly positive reviews from audiences.
In recent years, Walby has done voice work for the web series "Super Robot Friend Forever" and the analog horror series "Beneath The Veil" created by frequent collaborator, Hayden Carter. As well as voicing a number of characters in the series, Walby also works as a writing and editing consultant on the series
