Alyssa Cheatham is a versatile child actress and singer who has achieved remarkable success early in her career. She voices Lorelai, a 150-year-old singing mermaid who can transform into a young pirate girl, in the Nick Jr. preschool animated series "Santiago of the Seas." The show premiered in Fall 2020, breaking Nickelodeon’s ratings record as the highest-rated program for kids aged 2-5 and has been renewed for a second season. Alyssa also has a recurring role on HBO Max’s "The Flight Attendant," starring Kaley Cuoco and others. Released on November 26, 2020, the series quickly became a fan favorite and was named one of TV’s Top 5 by The Hollywood Reporter. Alyssa’s latest film, "Cicada 3301," directed by Alan Ritchson and distributed by Lionsgate, features her as a sharp and worldly pre-teen who develops an unlikely friendship with her neighbor, targeted by the U.S. government for espionage and treason. She is widely recognized for her role as Will Smith’s daughter in Warner Bros.’ "Collateral Beauty," directed by David Frankel and co-starring Edward Norton, Kate Winslet, and others. Alyssa also has supporting roles in three Netflix films: "Private Life," "Irreplaceable You," and "Land of Steady Habits." She co-stars in an episode of "The Good Cop" alongside Tony Danza, Josh Groban, Monica Barbaro, and Isiah Whitlock Jr. Beginning her acting career at age 3, she landed her first film role in "Every Secret Thing," directed by Amy Berg and featuring Dakota Fanning, Elizabeth Banks, and others. In the film, Alyssa plays Rosalind, daughter of Cynthia Barnes (Renee Elise Goldsberry), whose safety is central to the plot.

Alyssa’s love for singing emerged when she went viral at age 7 by participating in Monica’s "So Gone" social media challenge; the singer shared Alyssa’s rendition on her page along with various bloggers.
